plagiarism & similarity checker for LIS Professionals, organized by ULAB Library

ULAB’s Library organized a training on Trunitin: plagiarism & similarity checker for LIS Professionals on 20 June 2022. Lt. Col. Md. Foyzul Islam (Retd.), Registrar, ULAB delivered the welcome address in the session.  Mr. K.M. Hasan Emam, Joint Librarian and Library Head, ULAB conducted the training session as a resource person.

64 participants from 54 different private and public university libraries, institutions and research organizations attended this training session. Some participants also joined from abroad. The training program ended with a Q/A session.

Some registered Institutions are- Dhaka University, Chittagong University, Jagannath University, National University, Sher-E-Bangla Agricultural University, East West University, Independent University Bangladesh, Daffodil International University, United International University, Bangladesh Bank Library, Bangladesh Krishi Bank, Janata Bank, Independent TV, Divisional Govt. Public Library, Rajshahi & Dinajpur etc.

It was an interactive session. Professionals from different organizations appreciated ULAB Library initiative regarding knowledge sharing. They express their interest to participate in more sessions like this.
