Following the conclusion of his six-day remand in police custody in connection with the murder of trader Abdul Wadud in the capital, Awami League advisory council member and AL-led alliance coordinator Amir Hossain Amu was condemned to jail by a Dhaka metropolitan magistrate court on Tuesday.
